A plain-language explanation of what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, the meeting times you share, and anything optional you choose to add, such as a phone number, your organization or background about your team.
If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you include in that message or call.
Please don’t send private health information through this website. The contact form is meant for arranging a conversation, not for sharing clinical details.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, arrange a consultation, and follow up about the training or supervision you asked about. We don’t sell, rent, or share your information for anyone else’s marketing, and contacting us doesn’t sign you up for our newsletter: only you can do that, with the signup form and the confirmation email that follows.
The monthly newsletter
If you sign up for our monthly email, we receive your email address and, if you give it, your first name. Our email service, Brevo, also records when you confirmed your subscription, and whether you’re subscribed or have unsubscribed.
We use these details only to send the monthly newsletter and the two setup emails that come first: one asking you to confirm, and a welcome email with the free poster.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away. After that you won’t get the newsletter again unless you sign up and confirm again yourself.
Downloading the poster without signing up doesn’t ask for any information and doesn’t add you to any list.
Who else handles it
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions, which are then emailed to Jesse. Like most web hosts, Netlify keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and protect the site. Newsletter signups pass through Netlify on their way to Brevo; Netlify doesn’t keep them.
- Brevo, our email service provider, stores the newsletter list and sends the newsletter and its setup emails. Like most email services, it records whether each email was delivered and may record whether it was opened or a link in it was clicked.
- Email and video calls: replies come from Jesse’s business email, and consultations take place on Google Meet.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies, and it doesn’t track you across other sites.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages and related emails only as long as they’re useful for working with you or your organization, then delete them. Newsletter details are kept while you’re subscribed; after you unsubscribe, Brevo keeps your address on a do-not-send list so you aren’t emailed again by mistake. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you’ve sent us. Email hello@intrinsicchange.com or call 414-306-5068.
Changes
If this changes, for example if we add site analytics or another kind of email, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
